a little about..

TAI CHI

"Tai chi does not mean oriental wisdom or something exotic. It is the wisdom of your own senses, your mind and body together as one process."

Open your Mind to Mindfulness

Ever seen kungfu fighters or other martial artists practise a slow moving form with deep focus? That is generally

tai chi.

Tai chi is a beautiful internal martial art from China. It involves slow relaxed movements useful in regulating energy or 'chi' within the body.

Tai chi integrates movement with breath and brings focus of your mind to movement, hence often known as 'Meditation in Motion'.

Tai Chi benefits

  • Improved mind-body coordination for better focus and concentration

  • Improved motor coordination

  • Relieves stress

  • Strengthens tendons and ligaments

  • Great for body balance; helpful in fall prevention

Through the years, we have worked with organisations like CMTAI, PDMDS, VCPA (Mumbai), Dignity Foundation, Bangalore Theatre Company. We also collaborate with corporates, schools, and NGOs to conduct workshops introducing Tai Chi and mindfulness practices.

We are currently also working with Nisarga Mandala, a community of like minded individuals that share their work on holistic living practices.
